Order & Payment Policy
All orders require full payment to reserve your date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Payments are non-transferable to another person and may not be applied to future orders unless approved by Sweet Creations by Megan.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled pickup date may receive a refund, less any non-refundable deposit or design fees.
Orders canceled within 14 days of the pickup date are non-refundable due to time, ingredients, and preparation already invested in the order.
Pickup Policy
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time.
Once an order leaves the possession of Sweet Creations by Megan, the customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the product, including damage caused during transportation, handling, storage, or serving.
Please transport all baked goods on a flat, level surface in a climate-controlled vehicle.
Setup & Delivery Disclaimer
If delivery or setup services are provided, Sweet Creations by Megan is responsible for the product until setup is completed.
If the customer or venue moves, alters, or handles the product after setup, Sweet Creations by Megan is not responsible for any resulting damage.
Allergens
Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
Sweet Creations by Megan cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
Cottage Food Notice
Sweet Creations by Megan operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law.
“Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.”
Product Design
Every order is handmade. While every effort is made to match inspiration photos and design requests, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Sweet Creations by Megan’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall Sweet Creations by Megan be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, transportation, or consumption of any product.
